This NCLT Copper-nickel 50 cent coin was issued by the RAM to Commemorate the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games. This coin celebrates the sport of Shooting. It was released in a coincard.
The coin was also included in an special Album with 15 other NCLT 50 cent coins to celebrate other popular sporting events held during the 2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games. The set also included a 2005 50 Cent coin that had been released into circulation and an Aluminium-bronze $5 coin.
